Muy limpio y ordenado. Frente a la estacion, a 2 cuadras de supermercado Dia. Desde el lugar caminamos a toda la ciudad. Muy seguro durante el dia y la noche. En la esquina hay un locker para guardar el equipaje antes del check in.

La verdad es que me gusto por que tienes a la mano una cocina y algunos ingrediente o a parte estas al frente de Atocha todo cerca y puedes tomar el bus 001 gratuito por toda la gran vía. Todo me gusto.

Fue una grata sorpresa teniendo en cuenta que tuvimos un imprevisto y tuvimos que hacer noche en Madrid. Contestaron muy rápido, fácil de acceder con las indicaciones, con ascensor, una ubicación excelente al lado de Atocha y estaba muy limpio. Todo estupendo, por poner una pega la cama era cómoda pero un poco endeble (tenemos un bebé que duerme en medio y se mueve mucho)

Mi alojamiento estaba perfecto, muy buen detalle y muy buena decoración. Tenía todo lo necesario aunque solo pasamos una noche. La ubicación espectacular. Fuimos tres personas del sofá sofá-cama también estaba perfecto. Tengo que decir que para el calor que hacía en Madrid el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente Solo por comentar que cuando se abre y se cierra la puerta principal de acceso al edificio, se escuchaba bastante, ya que en el apartamento está en el bajo.

Buena ubicación. Alojamiento cuidado con detalle, limpio y acogedor. Se reciben las instrucciones oportunas para el acceso y de las normas o consideraciones que hay que tener en cuenta. Camas cómodas. Cocina preparada para su uso.

I stayed in this studio apartment for one night and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was very helpful and responsive, making the stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, situated in a lively area with plenty of shops, cafés, and amenities nearby. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily stay here again

The host was very attentive, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. I contacted him during my stay and received a very quick response. The location is excellent, being directly opposite Atocha Station, which makes it incredibly convenient. This accommodation is perfect for anyone needing easy access to train connections or travelling in transit. I arrived on my own, and although the entrance was dark and quiet, the area felt safe thanks to the nearby restaurants and constant foot traffic. People in the neighbourhood were friendly and welcoming. The walls are quite thin, and I could hear guests next door talking late at night. However, the host had clearly stated the quiet hours, so this was due to other guests not following the house rules.

Super lugar, limpio, su ubicación extraordinaria y la atencion excelente. Muy recomendable 👌 👍🏼 Solo deben fijarse muy bien en la dirección 😉, por ahi puede "aparecer" una pequeña confusión, va?

Buena ubicación, se llega a pie desde la estación de tren, excelentes indicaciones para llegar al lugar. Dispone de pequeña cocina para lo necesario de una noche. Ningún problema, bonita habitación

I loooooved the property! Very clean and the staff was amazing. I was able to get towels and toilet paper when I needed them. There’s a Dia supermarket a block away and very cute coffee shops. The best part was walking to La Latina downtown, we lost a few pounds because we had to walk uphill but it was fun! The days we didn’t want to walk we were able to rent the electric bikes outside the apartment.
