The apartment is beautiful, the beds are really comfortable and the location is perfect. Also, it is very quiet at night which we really appreciate. The check out is a bit too early compared with the standard check out times.

Muy cómodo. Todo era nuevo. Todo funcionaba bien. El colchón y las almohadas muy cómodas. Muy buena ducha. Tuve que usar tapa ojos para dormir porque tenía iluminación en la noche demasiado potente.

Great stay at La Latina-City Apartments in Madrid. The location is excellent — within walking distance to the metro, park, with a bus stop right next to it, and even the city tour bus stops nearby, which made getting around super easy (we could get off right by the property).
The flat itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable, with a really nice bathroom and everything you need for a pleasant stay.
Overall, a very convenient and enjoyable experience — would definitely recommend. Nothing

El apartamento está bien situado, buena comunicación por transporte público. Zona con tráfico, pero soportable. Instalaciones muy cuidadas, todo nuevo o casi. Buena atención del propietario, información útil sobre la llegada y salida. Que tiene escaleras para subir al apartamento, pero ya lo sabíamos.
