Terrazas, cafeterías, teatros, museos...en el mismo barrio. Domingos al lado del famoso mercado del "Rastro" madrileño. Autobuses, 2 líneas de metro. Plaza Mayor a 300 metros, muy cerca de Sol, del Palacio Real, El Mercado de San Miguel, la Catedral de la Almudena, la estación de trenes de Atocha, el Museo del Prado, el Museo Reina Sofía y Las vistillas entre otros sitios de interés. Muy cerca hay varios supermercados, el mercado de la cebada, fruterías, bares. La Latina, barrio histórico y mítico. Se caracteriza por su ambiente bohemio, artístico y su amplia variedad de restaurantes de tapas, de pintxos y bares de copas. Hay muy buen ambiente y es un barrio seguro. El apartamento está en una 1ª planta, muy luminoso y tranquilo. No hay ascensor. Sábanas y toallas incluidas, ropa de cama, microondas, tostadora, cafetera, secador de pelo, placa de inducción para cocinar, nevera, vajilla, cubiertos, mesa con sillas, escritorio y todo lo necesario para que tengas una estancia confortable. Te sentirás como en casa!

The apartment was well decorated, had a smart TV, and nice restroom with stand up rain shower and detachable hose. Location is great in the old neighborhoods where you will hang out with locals. Close to everything and only a 15 minute walk to downtown. Grocery stores, pharmacy, convenient store are within a few steps. The apartment sits on top of a wonderful lively restaurant that serves brunch and dinner. Communication was wonderful. Access to check was very detailed and easy to comprehend. The cleaning lady was very polite and helpful. A/C and heat worked great. Windows were superb. You could hear the lively street life so if you’re a light sleeper you may want to bring earplugs or join the crowd. The kitchen was a great addition. There is a microwave to heat up leftovers but we wished there was some sort of small oven to bake breads or a frozen pizza which were sold across the street. Perfect for a late night snack while relaxing in bed watching your favorite show after a long day of walking. We still give it a 9.9 out of 10 We would absolutely visit Madridcagain and stay in the same

Conexión con Aeropuerto Madrid Barajas en Metro 30mins. Aprox. La estación de Metro la Latina está a 100 metros y junto a ella una parada de taxis y varias de autobuses. Para moverse por el centro de Madrid podrás hacerlo andando, no hay necesidad de coger ningún transporte.
