Recomiendo 100% el alojamiento, está a 15 minutos andando de Sol. Estaba limpio y tenía todo lo necesario para una pareja. La zona es tranquila y no sentí inseguridad en ningún momento. Cama perfectamente cómoda para pasar 4 - 5 días sin problema. El anfitrión responde muy rápido, es atento y te da indicaciones claras para acceder al apartamento. Como detalle a mejorar, se echó en falta un tostador para nosotros que desayunábamos en el apartamento, y una esponja para fregar los platos y cubiertos, pero detalles menores. Nada lujoso, un estudio pequeño con todo lo necesario para pasar un puente o una semana romántica en Madrid.

La ubicación, bares, restaurantes y comercios de todo tipo El primer cartel que vemos al subir el ascensor dice que el edificio no permite el uso de los departamentos para fines turísticos (Booking, Airbnb). Si bien no nos afectó en lo personal, significa que estamos fuera de las normas y eventualmente puede surgir un inconveniente.

Très propre, litterie impeccable, emplacement tb et magasins à proximité, décoré avec bcp de goût. Il y avait une odeur de cigarette dans l'appartement et malheureusement mal insonorisé donc on entend très fort les gens qui passent ds le hall et dans les autres appartements. Mis à part ca rien à dire.

Great place to stay for a weekend getaway in madrid! easy check in, and it’s right next to everything you could need like the train station, museums, restaurants, and el retiro park!

Borja is a great and responsive host. His place felt very cozy and was well kept and maintained. It was very easy to get in. The studio is in the first floor and not too many stairs. It was very clean and had all the needed and mentioned amenities. I highly recommend this place with Borja 👌🏼 Thank you

¡Me encanto!, Moncho es suuper claro al brindarte las instrucciones e información, atento en todo momento cuando lo necesitas, y sobre el lugar es muy céntrico y acogedor 10/10. Volvería sin dudarlo

La ubicación está muy practica, queda cerca de estaciones de metro, restaurantes y super, el lugar es muy tranquilo, el ingreso está fácil y cuenta con elevador (maravilloso para las maletas). En cuanto al alojamiento es tal cual como lo muestran las imágenes, muy limpio y acogedor. La cama está formada por dos colchones tipo individuales, se separan pero no tuvimos ningún inconveniente con ello, muy cómodo cada quien en su espacio, sábanas limpias y almohadas en buen estado. Cuenta con un sofá que también está cómodo y amplio. Su balcón es lindo, lo que lo de un plus porque no te sientes encerrado y entra aire fresco. La cocina es pequeña, con lo necesario si es que llegas a preparar algún bocadillo. El baño y la regadera están en buen estado, con agua caliente y con shampoo. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente. 10/10

Tuvimos una estancia excelente. El lugar es tal cual como en las fotos: limpio, cómodo y muy bien ubicado. Se nota el cuidado en cada detalle y el espacio es perfecto para descansar después de un día de paseo. El anfitrión fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, con comunicación rápida y clara. Sin duda lo recomendamos y nos encantaría volver.

Disponibilité de l’hôte. Explications pour rentrer dans l’appartement. L’appartement est très fonctionnel. Propre et confortable. Bruyant la nuit, à cause du bar situé en bas et donnant sur la route.

Moncho's apartment was wonderful: clean, cozy, and perfect for two travelers. The building is beautiful and feels very safe. Most importantly, the location is amazing - almost every major landmark and museum is within 30 minute's walk of the apartment, with many much closer than that. Our host was always really helpful and gave us all the information we needed, whenever we needed it. The next time we visit Madrid, this is where we'll stay!
