Less than 5 minutes from Madrid Atocha Station so very convenient to catch an early morning train. Single room with small, attached kitchenette and an upgraded modern bathroom. Great space for 2 but a little snug for 4.

Me gusto prácticamente todo, la habitación era muy parecida a la que se mostraba (supongo que tienen una de referencia y las otras dos son muy similares). Era preciosa, de color azul. Y las camas super cómodas. Dejaron una botella de agua de cristal en la nevera, había tostadora, microondas, como una plancha, cubiertos, aceite y sal, gel, secador… estaba super bien equipado. Todo limpio y ordenado. Tiene varios espejos, de diferente tipo. Si tuviese que decir algo, quizá sería que, creo que al hacer las habitaciones dentro de lo que sería un piso grande las paredes son más finas y se escuchan ruidos de las otras habitaciones.

Nos gustó mucho nuestra estancia. La atención del personal fue excelente, siempre amables y dispuestos a ayudar. El lugar tiene una muy buena ubicación, lo que facilita movernos y conocer la zona. Las instalaciones son cómodas, limpias y bien cuidadas, lo que hizo nuestra experiencia muy agradable. En general, quedamos muy satisfechos y sin duda lo recomendamos. todo bien.

Very nice apartment and very comfortable to just hang out in! It’s in a very residential part of Madrid so very safe and a SuperMercado very close. The metro station is about a 10min walk away and another 10min on the metro to get to the main centre of Madrid but it’s a peaceful walk. Very nice place and would definitely stay again!

I would highly recommend Moncho’s apartment. Location is great. Lovely to have air conditioning during the hot months. Moncho was always quick to respond. I would stay again. Thanks Moncho!

O apartamento é completo e a decoração é moderna. A localização é ótima, próximo a Plaza Mayor, não tivemos nenhuma dificuldade de comunicação com o anfitrião e ele responde rápido. Recomendo!

Excelente ubicación. Vale la pena , ya que puedes trasladarte caminando a muchos d esos lugares emblemáticos para hacer turismo y para moverte en tren o metro para destinos más lejanos.

We had a lovely stay at Moncho’s place. We were situated perfectly and were able to get everywhere on foot. The area was very lively even late at night, so we felt good vibes throughout. The studio was perfect for our short stay and I can highly recommend it. Gracias 🙏

Alloggio ampio, pulito e ben fornito. Posizione ideale leggermente fuori dalle principali mete turistiche, ma comodissimo da arrivarci anche a piedi con un passeggiata. Arnaldo è una persona super disponibile e gentile.

Ótimo local, perto dos pontos turísticos e com muidas opções para comer e fazer compras. Mas para quem exige silêncio para dormir, não aconselho, pois a vida noturna na rua do apartamento é bastante agitada.
