Great location, very central and perfect for exploring Madrid. The space is a bit small, but it’s just right if you’re out most of the day sightseeing. The host was very responsive and helpful.

We had a great stay at Borjas apartment! The place has everything you need , the bed and pillows are super comfortable, and the smart TV is very functional and easy to use. The location is perfect, with supermarkets, restaurants, and bars just steps away, and the metro station is only an 8 minute walk. The host was also a very responsive and helpful host throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Moncho is a very helpful host. Instructions for check in were detailed - with pictures- so it was easy to check in. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. It is well located near the train station and we were able to easily get our luggage into the apartment. It is not loud at all. I appreciate all of the detail and ease of check in. Hermoso departamento en el centro de Madrid, cómodo, accesible y con un aislamiento sonoro perfecto. Está en un tercer piso entonces no se escucha casi nada del movimiento de afuera ya que tiene una ventana doble vidrio que aísla todo. La ubicación es perfecta, se puede hacer todo a pie, y debajo hay negocios, bares, etc. Ah y el mejor detalle para ir en verano, tiene aire! Muy recomendable :)

Excelente lugar para estadías cortas o largas en Madrid. Ubicación en calle algo empinada si eso es algo importante para ti, pero fue una estancia agradable y acogedora. El calor de Madrid amenazaba y la habitación con su aire acondicionado fue una maravilla.

This was such a pleasant stay! Right in the center of town by so many great restaurants, shops, and landmarks. The apartment was not noisy at all from the outside which was nice, and had enough privacy for the apartment which had multiple private rooms. I would highly recommend this stay!

The check-in process was the same as another Airbnb on a previous trip. The location was great and the elevator made it easy to get to the flat with luggage. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Very nice!

Excelente comunicación, el apto estaba muy limpio, tiene una ventana con vista a la calle. Es un lugar muy tranquilo, no se escucha ruido externo. El baño implacable y muy amplio. Súper recomendado todo!

Siempre estuvo disponible para resolver cualquier duda y nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos. La ubicación es inmejorable: tranquila pero cerca de todo lo necesario, con fácil acceso al transporte y a lugares de interés. Ideal tanto para descansar como para explorar la zona. Las instalaciones superaron nuestras expectativas. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio, bien cuidado y equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Se nota el cariño y la dedicación con la que se mantiene el alojamiento. Sin duda, uno de los mejores alojamientos en los que hemos estado. Volveríamos sin pensarlo y lo recomendamos al 100 % a cualquier persona que quiera disfrutar de una experiencia de calidad, tranquila y sin sorpresas desagradables. ¡Un 10 en todos los aspectos!
